Student assistant (m/f/d, 8h/week) at the TUM SEED Center to support the coordination of international academic exchange, travel organisation, and the preparation of the SEED Annual Symposium and International Summer School. Start: April 2026.
The TUM SEED Center for Sustainable Energies, Entrepreneurship and Development at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) conducts research and provides higher education to contribute to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Center collaborates with leading technical universities in the Global South within an international academic network.
We are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) to support the coordination of international activities and events.
Start date: 1 April 2026
Your tasks
- Support the organisation of the SEED Annual Symposium 2026 and the International Summer School 2026 in Munich
- Assist with the coordination of academic exchange and communication with partner universities
- Help organise travel arrangements for visiting scholars and students, including flights, accommodation and visas
- Serve as a contact point for programme participants and prepare information materials (e.g. travel guides)
- Provide administrative support, including data management and documentation
Your profile
- Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student at TUM
- Interest in sustainability, energy, entrepreneurship, or development
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
